Victor Okoli is a young professional and founder who believes the future can be better and he has the power to make it so. This mantra is evident in all his endeavors whether as - founder, employee, volunteer, follower or team player. His unique trait was recognized by the Vice-President of Nigeria in 2019 when he championed the largest student awareness program in Nigeria's history which was commended by the Federal Government of Nigeria.

He currently works in the Power and Infrastructure unit of Olaniwun Ajayi LP, the largest law firm in Nigeria and provides legal advisory on complex and industry defining transactions.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Victor is a global citizen with a deep connection to his roots. In his native community, he founded a Non-governmental organization christened "MOGA". This foundation has generously donated thousands of books to public school libraries, created educational opportunities through scholarships for hundreds, hosted annual career summits attended by thousands of young adults, and initiated "Project 95" – a heartfelt endeavor to revitalize 95 public primary schools within his community.

Victor's dedication to excellence is more than a philosophy; it's a way of life. Whether he's leading a team or pursuing personal endeavors, his exceptional talents earned him over 20 merit awards, both domestically and internationally, during his undergraduate years.

His leadership extends even further as he is a Founding member of FALAS and served as its pioneer West Africa Regional Director. During his tenure, he orchestrated impactful town-hall sessions with law students from Nigeria, Ghana, Niger, Togo, Sierra Leone, resulting in a remarkable 480% increase in membership and participation across West Africa.
