EligibilityBy using our services, you confirm that:You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.You will not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.Where participation by minors is permitted, the required consent of a parent or legal guardian has been obtained.YANGG reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation where eligibility requirements are not met.3. Registration & User InformationYou may be required to provide personal information when:Registering for conferences or summitsApplying for fellowshipsApplying as a volunteerBecoming a memberMaking a donationRegistering for training programmesPurchasing products or servicesYou agree to:provide truthful and accurate information;keep your information up to date; andpromptly notify YANGG of any significant changes.Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in suspension or cancellation of your participation, membership, or access to our services.4. MembershipMembership with YANGG is subject to the eligibility requirements established by the organisation.Where membership contributions apply:Membership fees shall be paid as communicated.Membership benefits are available only to active members in good standing.Membership is personal and may not be transferred without written approval.YANGG reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for misconduct, non-compliance with these Terms, or conduct inconsistent with YANGG's values and objectives.5. DonationsDonations made to YANGG are voluntary and support our charitable mission.Unless otherwise provided in our Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers Policy:Donations are non-refundable.Donations do not create ownership rights, voting rights, or decision-making authority within YANGG.Donations shall be applied toward advancing YANGG's charitable mission, programmes, and organisational operations.6. Events, Conferences & Programme ParticipationRegistration for conferences, summits, trainings, fellowships, bootcamps, and related programmes is subject to availability, eligibility requirements, and programme-specific criteria.Submission of an application does not guarantee:acceptance;sponsorship;funding;admission; orparticipation.Participants remain responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable:passport requirements;visa requirements;travel regulations;vaccination or health requirements;insurance requirements; andimmigration laws.7. Code of ConductParticipants, volunteers, speakers, partners, and members are expected to:treat all persons with dignity and respect;comply with event rules and organisational policies;avoid harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or bullying;refrain from disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behaviour;protect the reputation of YANGG; andcomply with venue rules and applicable laws.YANGG reserves the right to remove any participant or terminate participation without refund where conduct compromises the safety, integrity, reputation, or objectives of YANGG or its events.8. Volunteer ParticipationVolunteers contribute their services voluntarily and do not enter into an employment, agency, partnership, or contractor relationship with YANGG.Volunteer assignments:may change based on operational requirements;may be reassigned at any time; andmay be discontinued where necessary.Volunteers are expected to uphold YANGG's values and organisational standards.9. Intellectual PropertyUnless otherwise stated, all content available through YANGG, including but not limited to:logos;trademarks;branding;publications;training materials;reports;graphics;videos;photographs;audio recordings;website design;software; andother materials,is owned by or licensed to YANGG and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or commercially exploited without YANGG's prior written consent.10. Photography, Audio & Media ConsentBy attending YANGG events, you acknowledge that photographs, videos, audio recordings, livestreams, interviews, or other media may be captured.Unless prohibited by applicable law, you grant YANGG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use such materials for:educational purposes;reporting;publicity;fundraising;advocacy;social media;publications; andorganisational communications,without additional compensation.Participants with legitimate concerns regarding identifiable images should notify YANGG before or during the event wherever reasonably possible.11. Payment TermsPayments through YANGG may include:Membership feesConference registrationsEvent feesProgramme feesSponsorship paymentsDonationsMerchandiseDigital productsPayments are processed securely through authorised third-party payment providers.YANGG does not store payment card details or banking credentials.Payment processing remains subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider.12. RefundsRefunds, cancellations, transfers, and payment disputes are governed by the YANGG Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.13. Third-Party ServicesOur website may include links to third-party websites, applications, payment platforms, or external services.YANGG does not control and is not responsible for:third-party content;availability;privacy practices;security; orterms of use.Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.14. Website Acceptable UseYou agree not to:attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;introduce malicious software or viruses;interfere with website functionality;misuse our services;engage in fraudulent activities; orviolate applicable laws while using our website.YANGG reserves the right to restrict or terminate access where misuse is detected.15.
