The Young Africans Network for Global Goals (YANGG) hosted its Global Impact Summit 2026, a virtual gathering streamed live on Facebook that drew participants from the UK, Kenya, The Gambia, and Nigeria — among them professionals from organisations such as Huawei. Welcomed by Chinedu, YANGG's Director of Brand Media and Communications, the summit explored one powerful idea: that global relevance is built through value, skills, and mindset, not defined by location or passport.

In her keynote, Amarachi traced her journey from an HND to managing a portfolio worth over €26 million, outlining the skills that matter most — communication, digital literacy, problem-solving, collaboration, and cultural intelligence. Kingsley Ejeh followed with “The Architecture of Advantage,” urging young people to move beyond passive technology use toward creating solutions, and to invest in continuous learning, visibility, and resilience.

Basiru's session on lean entrepreneurship encouraged founders to solve local problems and start boldly without waiting for perfect conditions, while Collins shared lessons from building a borderless career and his startup, Andinoh. A closing panel examined how young Africans can close the gap between competence and visibility, confronting limitations in Africa's education system and reframing geography as no barrier to global ambition.
