Back in May 2020, the Young Africans Network for Global Goals (YANGG) united 507+ young changemakers from across Africa and the diaspora for the African Youth Virtual SDGs Training. Five sessions. One bold theme: “Building a Sustainable Africa for Productivity.”
Emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, and advocates came together to explore the UN Sustainable Development Goals, youth leadership, entrepreneurship, digital innovation, and grassroots transformation — guided by speakers and facilitators spanning multiple countries and disciplines. The programme equipped a new generation of globally conscious African youth, more connected and better equipped to turn the 2030 Agenda into real action in their own communities.
